The first of eight cars of the third eight-car electric multiple unit (EMU) trainset for the Malolos-Tutuban segment of the North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) has arrived at the Malanday Depot in Valenzuela City, the Department of Transportation (DOTr) said.
