Ipinagdiwang ng celebrity couple ang kanilang 13-year relationship kasabay na rin ng birthday celebration ni Liza.
Sa pamamagitan ng Facebook, binati ng aktres si Ice sa kanilang anibersaryo at ibinahagi sa madlang pipol ang kahalagahan ng number 13 sa kanilang pagsasama.
