– Mother’s Day buffet at Kusina Sea Kitchens offers seafood spread and raffle prize

Mother’s Day plans tend to circle back to the same question: where to take her. At Kusina Sea Kitchens in Hilton Manila, the answer this year is a full buffet built around seafood, desserts, and a few added touches. On May 10, the restaurant is offering a Mother’s Day spread priced at P3,500 nett for both lunch and dinner.

The lineup includes a carving station featuring salmon coulibiac, alongside a grazing table with salmon gravlax, charcuterie, and other cold selections. The spread continues with a mix of seafood and savory dishes, keeping the menu broad enough for different preferences.

Desserts take on a more decorative turn. A floral-inspired section features items such as a yema bouquet flower cake, red velvet cupcake bouquets, and berry trifle, all arranged to match the occasion without straying too far from familiar flavors.

“All mothers deserve to feel appreciated, and occasions like this give families the opportunity to come together and celebrate in a meaningful way,” said Gagan Talwar, general manager of Hilton Manila. “At Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts, we’ve designed this experience to be both enjoyable and thoughtful, with simple touches that make the day feel special.”

There is also an added incentive for those dining in. Mothers in attendance are automatically entered into a raffle for a “Pamper Mom Package,” which includes an overnight stay in a King Room with breakfast for two, afternoon tea at Madison Lounge and Bar, and a one-hour massage for two at Conrad Spa, along with transfers and a private cabana setup at Vega Pool Bar. The winner will be drawn during the evening service, with entries from both lunch and dinner combined.

For those who prefer to celebrate at home, Madison Lounge and Bar is offering Mother’s Day cakes, including a yema floral bouquet cake and a smaller version of the same design, both styled to resemble a bouquet.

Guests who book on the day may also receive a 20 percent discount on the hotel’s upcoming Father’s Day buffet.
