Google is partnering with CapCut to bring video and image editing tools to the Gemini app.
CapCut said users will soon be able to edit photos and videos directly through Gemini using some of its editing features. However, the company has not yet revealed which tools will be included or if subscriptions will be required. The feature also does not have an exact release date yet.
CapCut already offers AI-powered editing tools and previously partnered with Google through Google Photos, which added an “edit with CapCut” shortcut in its 2025 recap feature. More details about the new integration are expected to be released soon.
