MSI unveils the next-gen Claw 8 EX AI+ gaming handheld at COMPUTEX 2026, making it one of the first devices to feature Intel’s new Arc G3 Extreme graphics technology.
Designed for portable AAA gaming, the handheld uses Intel Xe graphics and supports XeSS 3 with Multi-Frame Generation (MFG) to boost frame rates while maintaining power efficiency. It also features an 8-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and variable refresh rate support for smoother gameplay.
MSI has redesigned the Claw 8 EX AI+ ,with more comfortable grip areas, added Hall-effect triggers plus better thumbsticks, and also a d-pad that’s more responsive. On top of that, they upgraded the linear motor.
Other features include Xbox Mode for quick game launches, a redesigned Quick Settings menu, and a distinctive Void Purple colorway that highlights its gaming-focused design.
