A 14-wheeler truck collided with a transport network vehicle service (TNVS) car at the corner of San Marcelino and Juan Nakpil Streets in Malate, Manila on Saturday, May 2, injuring two Korean passengers.
According to the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU), the victims came from a condominium in Parañaque and were on their way to Malate when the accident occurred.
The TNVS driver was not injured, authorities said.
Initial reports showed that the truck was traveling from the pier to Batangas at around 2 a.m. when the car entered the intersection.
